Grounding Requirements
WARNING
SHOCK HAZARD
EQUIPMENT MUST BE GROUNDED
The unit is grounded via the AC Input. A line cord with proper Earth Ground must be used at
all times. Correct grounding of your electrical system infrastructure according to applicable
national standards must also be observed.

Rack Mounting
The 6RL Series chassis is designed to be rack mounted in a standard 19 inch rack for system
applications. Zero stacking with other units or test equipment is possible. The depth of the
unit and its weight must be taken into account.
The mounting brackets provided to fix the unit in a 19” cabinet can be removed so that the
unit can be operated on any flat surface as a desktop unit.
Select the location for the unit so that the connection to the load is as short as
possible.
Leave sufficient space behind the equipment, minimum 30 cm/2.5ft, for ventilation
