Section II:  Repair Service, Storage, Shipment 

 

Repair Service 

If you have problems with your IS-300CA  Power Supply  that you cannot resolve, please contact our 
service department at the address, phone number, or e-mail address indicated in the Foreword of this 
manual. 
 

Preparation for Storage or Shipment 

1.

 

Disconnect power to the Power Supply  then wait 20 minutes  after power is removed before 
completing the rest of these procedures. 

2.

 

Disconnect all load wires. 

3.

 

Disconnect all signal wires 

4.

 

Remove any conduits from the Power Supply as necessary. 

5.

 

If a  secondary current sensor is used, disconnect the signal cable from the connector on the 
bottom of the Power Supply. 

6.

 

Repack the Power Supply into the original packing materials and packing box in which you 
originally received the Power Supply.
