Opening Ports in Your Firewall
ACS requires the following TCP/UDP ports to be open in the primary network.
Note:
RTC (Real-time Communications) will attempt to obtain port 5060 (standard
SIP port) and it will also allocate a dynamic port to be used if port 5060 is in use.

TCP 22 SSH With permission of customer, used for remote
diagnostics and maintenance. Required to
support remote troubleshooting.
