Using this guide
This document is intended to provide guidance to system administrators who are planning
their Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch My Teamwork installation. It assumes some familiarity
with basic networking and telephony concepts and terms.
This guide provides both explicit planning checklists and background information on
aspects of ACS’s networking requirements and system design, including the following:
