BRIDGE NDI 3G Conversion Gateway Appliance v1.0 58 www.aja.com

The project preview monitors can be sent out as an NDI outputs once the NDI

Tools Plugin has been downloaded and installed from NDI.tv/tools from the

following NLE Applications:

Adobe After Effects

STEPS:
1. Open After Effects and select Edit and then Preferences from the drop-

down menu.

2. Select Video Preview...
3. Select NDI Output from the Video Device options and hit OK. (Once

selected, you will see the system/source information become available for

subscription on the Bridge NDI Source/Destination page and now can be

selected on the I/O page as an NDI-to-SDI source.)

Adobe Premiere

STEPS:
1. Open Premiere Pro and select Edit and then Preferences from the drop-

down menu.

2. Select Playback...
3. Select NDI Output from the Video Device options and hit OK.

Apple Final Cut Pro

STEPS:
1. Open Final Cut Pro and select Final Cut Pro and then Preferences from the

drop down menu.

2. Select Playback..
3. Select NDI 1280 x 720 @60 from the A/V Output options and close. *(Once

selected, you will see the system/source information become available for

subscription on the Bridge NDI Source/Destination page and now can be

selected on the I/O page as an NDI-to-SDI source.)

Avid Media Composer

STEPS:
1.  Open a new project.
2.  Right-click on the "Toggle Hardware Button.
3.  Select "OpenIO_NDI" .*(Once selected, you will see the system/source

information become available for subscription on the Bridge NDI Source/

Destination page and now can be selected on the I/O page as an NDI-to-SDI

source.)

Cameras

NDI PTZ camera connectivity may differ based on brand and model. Individual

user manuals should be consulted when connecting to the Bridge via your NDI

network.
If your Media network switch is set to DHCP, then you should see the camera's

system/source information become available for subscription on the Bridge NDI

Source/Destination page and now can be selected on the I/O page as an NDI-to-

SDI source.
