Channel/Group Information

Beneath each Bank, information about the channels or groups is displayed. For 

example, when Bank 1 is configured for HD, each of the four channels is indicated 

with signal information shown as well.

When Bank 1 is configured for 4K, the four channels of Bank 1 are combined into 

an UltraHD group, with signal information shown as well.

SDI Output Controls

Banks 1/2, if NDI source of 30p from a computer or a phone, and professional 

source of 29.97, in order to not create any glitches, you need to decide which 

output you want to use — fractional or integer. 

Integer vs. Fractional

With this control, you can select integer or fractional. This is relevant when you 

have mixed types of inputs, such as 23.98, 29.97, 30, etc. 
If there is a mismatch, such as having a frame rate of 25 but the SDI Output 

control is set to Fractional, the Status overlay will show a warning and the channel 

will stop. Once the mismatch is fixed by aligning the setting and the signal type 

to match, you may need to resubscribe to the channel, restart the channel or re-

enable the channel. 

•  Fractional frame rates are 23.98, 29.97, 59.94
•  Integer frame rates are 24, 25, 30, 50, 60

Free Run vs. Ref In

Each of the cards have a reference. Can choose Free run or Ref 1. Relevant for SDI 

Output. Not relevant to NDI Output. 
Bank 1 and Bank 2 share a Ref In. 
Bank 3 and Bank 4 share a second Ref In. Diagram of connectors is shown in the
