The sleep mode will not be activated until the wireless sensor is being
paired again.
To extend the battery life, for wireless ALMEMO
®
interfaces the sensor
supply is being automated during sleep mode.
6. In case you want to run a wireless ALMEMO
®
interface with an
ALMEMO
®
sensor that shall permanently be powered via sensor
supply in sleep mode:
Tap on the button next to
Sensor supply permanently
, until the
button lights green and features the word ON. The ALMEMO
®
sensor
will then be permanently powered via sensor supply.
7. In case you use the recommended automated sensor supply (sensor
supply permanently OFF) and you want to use a wireless ALMEMO
®
interface with an ALMEMO
®
sensor that requires a settling time before
querying a measured value:
Tap on the field next to
Settling time
, enter the desired settling time in
seconds, and tap on
OK.

Before querying a measured value, the sensor will be powered via
sensor supply for as long as its settling time may be.
8. Keep tapping on the button

, until the data logger displays the
home screen.
9. In the home screen, tap on Settings
.
10. Tap on
Wireless network.
11. Tap on
Sensor pairing.
12. In the line
Unpair sensors
tap on the field
Select sensor.
13. Tap on the sensor you want to unpair to enable the sleep mode.

The sensor will be unpaired. It will no longer be listed in the table. The
blue LED of the wireless sensor is no longer on. The pairing data has
been deleted in the data logger as well as in the wireless sensor.
