The Green Front Panel Power Switch LED or Yellow Standby LED is Not Working

to troubleshoot the A1 Power Supply.

Verify that the W1 ribbon cable connections are tight.

Remove the front panel. Refer to

Re-connect the W1 ribbon cable to the A3 RF assembly.
