Step 5. Select the amount of the step from
0.1mm
to
20mm
. Move the head above the ramp load
position as shown in Figure H-11 using the
Up

Down
,
Right
and
Left
buttons.
Step 6. Click on the
HGA down
button to lower the head on the ramp load position.
Enter the distance between the ramp load position to the media load position into the
Ramp
to Media Position
text box.

Store Ramp/Media Position...
button, then the box such as Figure H-16
is displayed. If ok, click on the
OK
button then ramp load position and the media load
position are stored into the spinstand.
