Vacuum Gauge Controller AGC-100

Contamination deposits on the electrode system of hot cathode gauges may cause 
instabilities of the measurement values. The degas function facilitates cleaning of 
the electrode system. 

  The degas process works only at pressures below 7.2×10

-6

 mbar. 

  FRG730 gauges: The Degas function acts only upon the active filament.
