is read only.

It originates from the Asanti workflow.

•

Media information pane (outlined in green in Fig.6-29).

The Asanti workflow user sets the media

information pane.

- The media thickness is the only setting the operator can modify in the media information pane.

This allows the operator to substitute a media of a different thickness than foreseen or to trim the

printer to compensate media thickness dispersion without reprocessing the job in the workflow.

The media thickness setting in the media information pane should match the actual media thick-
ness as accurately as possible. The media thickness setting ranges from 0.100mm to 50.000mm by
step of 0.005mm.

- If the media thickness setting in the media information pane differs from the actual media thick-

ness, the quality of the print will significantly degrade as stated in the printing head height impact
