Safety Guard
The Safety Guard refers to all safety devices and safety device controllers. The Safety Guard is ready
when all the interlocks are closed and safety device controllers have responded.
System
The System refers to all the engine status modules. The System is ready when all other modules are
ready.
Pressure
The Pressure refers to the air system. The pressure is ready when the Basic Air Supply (BAS) and
Shuttle Air System (SAS) are online and when the Air Ink System pressure is stable and on target
value.
Fluid
The Fluid refers to the inks. The Fluid is ready when the ink level is correct in the Ink Supply System
and in the Color Bar Sub Tanks.
Shuttle
The shuttle is ready when all the color bars are ready, i.e. the head plate, print head and sub tank
temperatures, sub tank air pressures and ink levels are correct. In doubt, the user can switch to the
shuttle status window for further information.
Media Transport
The Media Transport refers to the belt. The Media Transport when the drive motor and encoder have
responded as expected.
Motion
The Motion refers to all the moving parts except the belt, i.e. the shuttle horizontal and vertical
movements and the set and roller bars movements. The Motion is ready when its electronics has
