force-version
Forces the IES to use only H.248 version 1 for VoIP.
C
13
no force-version
Allows the IES to use H.248 version 1 or 2 for VoIP.
C

inactivity-timer
<
timeout
>
Configures the inactivity timeout. The MG sends a notify packet if there
is no communication between the Media Gateway (MG) and the Media
Gateway Controller (MGC) in the configured timeout period.
timeout
: 0-65535 in units of 10 milliseconds. 0 disables this feature.
Default: 0
C
13
mg
Has the IES start MG operation and attempt to register with the MGC.
C
13
no mg
Has the IES stop MG operation and de-register from the MGC.
C
13
mg <
mg-name
>
Configures the H.248 MG name.
mg-name
: up to 31 characters. Default: DEFVAL
C
13
mg port <
mg-port
>
Configures the TCP/UDP port number the H.248 MG uses.
mg-port
: 1025-65535. Default: 2944
C
13
mgc ip <
mgc-ip-dn
>
Configures the H.248 primary MGC IP address or domain name.
mgc-ip-dn
: 0.0.0.0-223.255.255.255 or domain name, default:
0.0.0.0
C
13
mgc port <
mgc-port
>
Configures the H.248 primary MGC TCP/UDP port.
mgc-port
: 1025-65535, default: 2944
C
13
mgc2
Enables the secondary MGC.
C
13
no mgc2
Disables the secondary MGC.
C
13
mgc2 ip <
mgc-ip-dn
>
Configures the H.248 secondary MGC IP address or domain name.
mgc-ip-dn
: 0.0.0.0-223.255.255.255 or domain name, default:
Note: This is not available when the secondary MGC is disabled.
C
13
mgc2 port <
mgc-port
>
Configures the H.248 secondary MGC TCP/UDP port.
mgc-port
: 1025-65535, default:
Note: This is not available when the secondary MGC is disabled.

ax-
retransmit-time
>
<
retransmit-window
>
Configures the retransmission timers.
init-retransmit-time
: 100-20000 milliseconds (in increments of
100). The initial retransmit timer is used when the MG didn't establish
a control link between the MG and MGC during this enable time.
min-retransmit-time
: 100-1000 milliseconds (in increments of 100).
The minimum duration between any two packets after registration.
max-retransmit-time
: 1000-20000 milliseconds (in increments of
100). The maximum duration between any two packets after
registration.
retransmit-window
: 1000-60000 milliseconds (in increments of 100).
The total retransmit timer.
C
13
rfc2833
Enables RFC2833 DTMF relay. The system transmits DTMF signals as
voice (in-band) or as separate RFC 2833 packets (out-of-band)
according to the MGC's configuration.
C
13
no rfc2833
