If the alarm is sporadic and not consistent, check the
battery overvoltage setting and compare it with the
datasheet of the battery. If the setting is correct and
the alarm persists, contact Technical Support.

high
Check whether there are too many photovoltaic
modules connected
in series to a string:
the string voltage (Voc) is higher than the
maximum input voltage allowed by the inverter.
Adjust the number of photovoltaic modules connected
in order to reduce the PV production.
The inverter automatically returns to its normal
operating state after the appropriate corrections.

Switch off the unit by disconnecting the AC and DC
switches, and wait for at least 5 minutes. Switch the
unit back on again by closing the AC and DC switches,
and check if the error is still present. If so, contact
Technical Support.
