2.5.1.2
FORCED POSITION
It is possible to define a
forced position
for the Cooling mode and another forced
position for the Heating mode.
Forced positions consist in a
pre-set configuration
for the valve opening level and for
the fan speed, so that the fan coil unit adopts such configuration when the forced-
position trigger object receives the value “1”.
One forced-position trigger object is provided
for heating and one for
cooling
(unless only one of the two modes has been enabled in parameters).
In order to make the fan coil unit adopt the corresponding forced position, the
object being triggered
needs to be the one that corresponds to the
current mode
(heating / cooling). Otherwise, it will be ignored.
Once under the forced-position state, the device will only respond to alarms
(section
2.5.1.1), purge orders (section
2.5.1.3), mode switchovers (heating / cooling)
and orders to switch the fan coil module on/off.
The device leaves the forced-position state until the trigger object receives the value
“0”.
ETS PARAMETERISATION
After enabling
Forced Position
in the Configuration screen (see section 2.5.1), a new
tab will be incorporated into the tree on the left.
