Note:
If you change this parameter, the Skype for Business phone will reboot to make the
change take effect.
Web User Interface:
Settings->Configuration->Export System Log
Phone User Interface:

To export a log file to the local system via web user interface:
1.
Click on
Settings
->
Configuration
.
2.
Mark the
Local
radio box in the
Export System Log
field.
A dialog box pops up to prompt “Do you want to restart your machine”. The configuration
will take effect after a reboot.
3.
Click
OK
to reboot the Skype for Business phone.
4.
Reproduce the issue (e.g., account registration).
5.
Click
Export
to open file download window, and then save the file to your local system.
A log file “MAC address-sys.log” is successfully exported to your local system.
To view the log file on your local system
:
1.
Extract the combined log files to your local system.
