Communication Installation

The SOLECTRIA PVI 25TL-208, PVI 50TL-480, and PVI 60TL-480 inverters support industry standard Modbus RS-485

communications.

The inverters are compatible with the Solectria’s web-based monitoring platform (SolrenView) through the

optional Ethernet Network Card. The Ethernet Network Card also allows for data to be sent to an online portal

(YConnect Pro) that is used for remote diagnostics and automatic firmware upgrades. Third party monitoring

platforms are supported via RS-485 shielded, twisted-pair connection.

This section includes important information regarding communication design requirements, wiring requirements,

and installation instructions.
