TIP

Install the parts to the swingarm “4” temporarily, 
making sure that the portion “a” of the pivot shaft 
does not protrude past the swingarm surface “b”.

3. Install:

• Dowel pins
• Swingarm
• Swingarm bolts
• Drive pulley assembly
• Drive pulley assembly bolt

4. Tighten:

• Pivot shaft
• Pivot shaft nut

a. With your fingers, screw in the pivot shaft until 

it touches the collar, and then tighten the piv-
