Reassemble.
NOTE:
If side clearance exceeds tolerance, disassemble
the crankshaft and replace any worn parts.

Roller bearing (on the crank 2)

11. Press-fit:

Roller bearing (inner race)

NOTE:

Position the roller bearing with the stamped mark
a
facing upward and press-fit it until it contacts
the crank 2.

Apply Yamaha 2-stroke motor oil on the roller
bearing.

Be sure to press-fit the roller bearing squarely
onto crank 2.
