Ball valve

Gas supply is carried out via a ball valve which must be
fully open during normal operation.

Prevents particles >0.1 µm from entering and damaging
the generator and the valves.

Pressure
regulator

Keeps the operation pressure constant if feed gas
pressure varies within a certain range.

Can be used for the option Ozone Monitor (M1).

Combination

Two pressure limiters with integrated pressure transmitter.

Via the analog signal of the pressure transmitter, the PLC
receives the current pressure in the gas inlet. Warning and
switch-off points for exceeding or falling below certain
pressures are stored in the PLC. When the shutdown
points are reached, the system will be switched off via the
PLC.
A message is displayed when the warning points are
reached.
