Using the Xybernaut MA IV
Setting the Button Configuration and Speed

Access the mouse settings by performing the steps listed
in “Accessing the Mouse Settings”.

Click the
Buttons
tab.

Click either the
Right-handed
or
Left-handed
selection.
Note that the functions of the right and left mouse button
change as you change from right-handed to left-handed
configuration.

Click and drag the
Double-click speed
control to adjust
the speed at which you must double-click to select an
item.
You can test the speed you set by double-clicking in the
test area. If the jack-in-the-box pops up, you have clicked
at an appropriate speed. If not, change the
double-click
speed
and perform the test again.

Click the
OK
button.
Setting the Pointer Speed

Access the mouse settings by performing the steps listed
in “Accessing the Mouse Settings”.

Click the
Motion
tab.

Click and drag the
Pointer speed
control to adjust the
speed at which the pointer moves as you move the
mouse.

Click the
OK
button.
