Preparing the Xybernaut MA IV
Removing a Communications PCMCIA Card
To remove a PCMCIA communications card from the MA IV:
1
Double-click the PC Card icon in the Windows taskbar.

Select the appropriate PC Card device from the dialog
box.

Click the
Stop
button.
A dialog box appears indicating that it is safe to remove
the PC Card from the computer.

Click the
OK
button to dismiss the dialog box.

Click the
OK
button to close the PCMCIA Properties
window.

Slide the blue door release to the right and open
the CPU’s PCMCIA door.
7
Press the ejection guide until the communications
card pops out of its slot.
8
Remove the card and close the PCMCIA card door.
