Ordering Supplies
Certain consumables and routine maintenance items are ordered occasionally. Each supply item
includes installation instructions.

There are several Consumables included in the machine. The machine informs you when to order a
new module and when to install it.

This documentation and the display of the machine enable you to install successfully the new
cartridges so you do not have to wait for a service call.
TToonneerr C Caarrttrriiddggeess
While the machine is running, load the Toner Cartridges. Supplied with the toner cartridge is the
waste toner container.
Use genuine Xerox
®
Toner Cartridges such as Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.
Note: Each toner cartridge includes installation instructions.
Caution: Use of toner other than Genuine Xerox ® Toner can affect print quality and printer
reliability. It is the only toner designed and manufactured under strict quality controls by Xerox
for specific use with this printer.

The fuser provides approximately 200,000 prints or copies.

This documentation and the display of the machine enable you to install successfully the new Charge
Corotron, so you do not have to wait for a service call.

The waste toner container needs changing after approximately 30,000 prints or copies at 6% area
coverage.
W Whheenn ttoo O Orrddeerr SSuupppplliieess
When a supply nears its replacement time, the printer control panel displays a warning. Verify that
you have replacements available. To avoid interruptions in printing, it is important to order supplies
when the messages first appear. When the supply requires replacement, the touch screen displays an
error message.
