Reducing or Enlarging the Image
You can reduce the image to as little as 25% of its original size or enlarge it as much as 400%.
To reduce or enlarge the image:
1.
Press the
Services Home
button, then touch
Copy
.
2.
Under Reduce/Enlarge, touch an option:
To reduce or enlarge the percentage incrementally, touch the arrows. You are ready to
make copies.
To use the alphanumeric keypad to type a specific value, touch the current displayed value. You
are ready to make copies.

a.
To reduce or enlarge, touch an option:
Proportional %
reduces or enlarges the image proportionally.
Independent %
allows you to reduce or enlarge the width and length of the image by
different percentages.
b.
To select custom or preset values, touch an option:
Proportional %
or
Independent %
allows you to specify exact values. Touch the arrows or
touch the
%
field, then use the alphanumeric keypad to enter the value.
Presets (X-Y%)
or
Presets (Y/X)
allows you to select from a list of preset values.
c.
To center the image on the page, select the
Auto Center
check box.
4.
Touch
Save
.
Selecting the Paper Tray
Select a paper tray loaded with the desired paper to make copies on letterhead, colored paper,
transparencies, or different paper sizes.
To select the tray to use for copies:
1.
Press the
Services Home
button, then touch
Copy
.
2.
Under Paper Supply, touch the desired tray.
3.
If the desired tray is not listed, select another tray:
a.

for additional options.
b.
Touch the desired tray.
c.
Touch
Save
.
Selecting 2-Sided Copy Options
Use the document feeder or the document glass to copy one or both sides of a 2-sided original.
To select 2-sided copy options:

Press the
Services Home
button, then touch
Copy
.
