After following this procedure, if you still cannot remove the jammed paper from inside

the printer, contact your Xerox

representative.

1. To open the side cover of the printer, press the release lever.

2. Locate the jammed paper.

If you can see the jammed paper, gently pull the paper toward you.

If the paper is jammed near the drum cartridge, pull down the paper, then pull it toward you.
