WARNING!
Heavy weight!
Risk of crushing under the heavy weight of the wheel.
Ensure that there is a sufficient distance to your hands and feet when
lowering the wheel to ground level.
Call a second person to perform this operation together if possible.

Operation
1. Switch off diesel engine and remove ignition key.
2. Pull the turn lever [A] upward to the stop, and lock it in position (90°
turn).
3. Undo and remove the locking screw [B].
WARNING!
Heavy weight!
When passing the pivotal point, the spare wheel unit with the turn lever
may rotate to the ground and touch down with a sudden jerk due to its
heavy weight. The turn lever may flip down with a sudden jerk.
Firmly hold the turn lever.
Call a second person to perform this operation together if possible.

4. Use the turn lever [A] to move the spare wheel holder unit to the left
until the spare wheel [C] touches the ground.
5. Undo the fastening screws [D] (4 screws), and roll the spare wheel
[C] to the side.
6. Install the fastening screws [D] again (4 screws).
7. Use the turn lever [A] to turn the spare wheel holder to its original
position to the right.
8. Tighten the locking screw [B].
9. Release the lock, and slide the turn lever [A] back in to its stop.
