Care, cleaning and maintenance
– Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum combustion residues out of the burner pot. Vacuum the ash out of the prima-
ry air tube (in the middle of the burner pot) – Fig. 154.
Information!
Before inserting the primary air pin , once again vacuum out the primary air tube in the middle of
the burner pot. Make sure there is no debris in the tube (damage to the ignition element!).
Assembly:
– By working through these steps in reverse order – Fig. 155.
– Confirm cleaning request once “Cleaning“ has been finished – see section 3.1.1.

3.7 Clean top coasting surfaces and blower wheel
– Switch off the BioWIN 2 with the ON/OFF button on the InfoWINplus (Fig. 156) and wait until the display has
gone out (ca. 20 min).
Warning of hot surface: risk of burns!
Before touching the screw connections and coasting surface cover, you must switch off the boiler
and let it cool.
– Remove top cover – Fig. 157.
– Remove insulation from the coasting surfaces cover – Fig. 158.
– Unscrew the screws on the cover and remove the screws – Fig. 159, 160.
