Check fresh water storage tank
Check inspection opening and connections are water tight.
Check operational readiness of safety valve by applying air.
Pressure test system until safety valve reacts.
If necessary, plug in mains adapter of externally powered anode.
Check anode current (greater than 1 mA), enter value and date on the enclosed
label.
Stick the label to a clearly visible area.
Fill heating circuit
WARNING
Contamination of drinking water
Topping up without system separator can contaminate the drinking water. A direct
connection between heating and drinking water is not permitted.
Top up heating water via system separator.
CAUTION
Damage to the unit due to unsuitable fill water
Corrosion and scale could damage the system.
Adhere to the requirements for the heating water and the local directives
[ch. 5.1].
Connect heating circuit flow to the siphon and open ball valve

Fit fill hose to heating circuit return and open ball valve

Flush the heating system with at least twice the total system content.
Contaminants are removed.

and remove connection to the siphon.
Check connections are tight.
Vent the heating system from bottom to top.

Pressure test
Before placing the condensing unit onto the fresh water storage tank, pressure
test the installation.
If the connections are leaking, the areas are easier to access.
