Refitting

Replace seal

ensuring sealing surfaces are clean.

Refit externally powered anode in reverse order and:

place the green surface of the diode board

in such a way it faces nut

tighten screws with a torque of 8 Nm.

Fit inspection flange, tighten screws diagonally across (35 Nm +5).
Connect anode cable

CAUTION

Corrosion due to missing protective layer

Incorrectly connected externally powered anode does not form a protective layer. A
missing protective layer can lead to corrosions.

Correctly connect cable

Plug in mains adapter.
Control lamp on mains adapter illuminates green.
Check anode current (greater than 1 mA), enter value and date on label.
Enter completed service on label.
Refit front panel.
