• Over-temp shutdown
• No fan operation
• Allow system to cool adequately prior to power-up.
• Verify that both fans are operating. Clean with compressed air to remove dirt, and debris.
Erratic touchscreen
behavior
• Lack of grounded AC power
• Remove charger from handset to determine if erratic behavior is caused by AC charger.
• Connect charger to known “good” grounded outlet.

return material authorization (RMA).
System runs when connected to
AC power only.
• Verify correct battery is
installed.
• Battery low, not charging,
depleted or defective.
• Verify battery charge level.
• Recharge or replace the battery.
