Safety Notices
The following four levels of safety notices are used where applicable within this manual; each notice
contains information specific to the situation.
Indicates death or serious injury will occur
if the hazardous situation is not avoided.
Indicates death or serious injury could
occur if the hazardous situation is not
avoided.
Indicates mild or moderate injury could
occur if the hazardous situation is not
avoided.
Indicates damage to equipment is
probable if the hazardous situation is
not avoided.
Common Industrial Symbols
The following international safety symbols may
appear on the product or in its literature. The
symbols are used to alert you to potential personal
injury hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow
these symbols to avoid possible injury or death.
