CAC coolant hose

Measure and mark 3 in from the outside radius of the OEM hose on the CAC
coolant Tee and cut the hose (Figure 109).

Install the 90° hose barb in cut location “A” and secure with a hose clamp.
☐
Install the supplied 11 in heater hose onto the 90° hose barb and secure with a
hose clamp.
☐
Install the straight hose barb into the hose extension and connect it to the
OEM hose that runs along the top of the radiator, routing it under the upper
radiator hose location.
☐
Connect cut “B” of the Tee to the CAC and secure with a hose clamp.
☐
Secure the hose to the OEM power steering reservoir clip nut using the OEM
fastener and the supplied P-clip.
☐
Remove the protective cover from the engine spigot and reinstall the upper
radiator hose (Figure 110).
