5. Rotate the handlebar until the brake lever and other compo-
nents of the handlebar can be easily reached.

Close the clamping lever on the handlebar (see Chapter

8. Fold out the pedals

Make sure that all fasteners and clamping levers on the fold

ing bicycle are closed.
