Folding instructions
This chapter contains information on how to safely fold and unfold
your folding bicycle.

Incorrect operation of the clamping device.
Risk of accident and injury!

Use the clamping device only if you have the required
expertise to judge its correct position.
• Ask your specialist dealer to explain the operation of the
clamping device to you.
CauTion
Incorrect operation of the clamping device and folding
hinges.
Risk of injury!
•
Make sure that your fingers are never caught between
the clamping device and the folding hinges.
• Do not reach behind the clamping lever when closing
the clamping devices.
• Wear protective gloves if necessary.
This set of folding instructions presumes that you have the neces-
sary skills to operate the clamping device.
Have the folding hinge fastener on the head tube and the folding
hinge fastener on the frame adjusted by your specialist dealer.

Pedals

Basic information
•
Clean the pedals with a damp cloth on a regular basis.
•
Use a mild soapy solution to dampen the cloth.
•
Oil the folding mechanism of the pedals with some universal oil
after cleaning it, after riding in the rain or after 15 hours of use.
• Seek advice from your specialist dealer about appropriate
cleaning products.
