15. CHECKLIST.
Location and installation:
- Ventilation of the room;
- Only the flue outlet of the pellet boiler is connected to the chimney;
- Connecting flues pipes have a horizontal section with a length of max. 2 m, minimum slope of 3%, not more than
two curves at 90° and a vertical section with a length of less than 1.5 m;
- Connecting flues pipes are made of suitable material. It is recommended stainless steel;
- Heated capacity is properly calculated in accordance with the efficiency of radiators and required power in kW;
- Heating system has to be implemented in accordance with current regulations and laws.
Operation:
- Well dried and with good quality wood pellets. Diameter of Ø 6 mm and maximum moisture content of 8%;
- Chimney, connecting flue pipes and combustion chamber are clean;
- The cleaning elements are moved every day;
- The pipes of the integral boiler and all parts of the combustion chamber are clean;
- Flue outlet is cleaned;
- The system is vented;
- The pressure is from 1 bar to 1.5 bar. Check the pressure gauge.

What is needed to prepare and do before installing the pellet boiler?
Chimney with a diameter of at least 100 mm.

Can pellet boiler to operate without water?
NO. Using pellet boiler without water leads to damage.
Does the pellet boiler radiate hot air?
NO. The heat from the combustion chamber is transferred to the integral boiler. A very small portion of heat is released
in the room, where it is installed the pellet boiler in the form of radial radiation from glass. It is recommended to have a
radiator in this room.
Can the inlet and outlet of the integral boiler to be connected directly to the radiators?
NO. As in all boilers, they must be connected to a collector from which the water is distributed to the radiators.
Does pellet boiler provide hot water for sanitary purposes?
Provides opportunity by mounting a serpentine in the boiler for hot sanitary water.
Can flue gases bring directly out through the wall?
NO. Removal must be in accordance with existing standards. For proper operation of the pellet boiler the chimney
(metal or masonry) has to be completed by one of the proposed variants at Fig. 4 and Fig 5. It must be equipped with protection
from wind.
Does it need to make a hole for fresh air in the room?
Yes, to have fresh combustion air. Fume extractor pulls air from the room to the combustion chamber.
