12.2. Wood pellet refueling.
When the pellet fuel hopper is completely empty, it means that the screw auger is also empty. Before re-ignite the pellet
boiler is necessary to load it with wood pellets.
During initial ignition or during ignition when the pellet hopper was completely empty it’s possible the start up procedure to
be repeated. Power cables for circulation pump, auger and thermal protections (set)
It’s necessary to clean it once a month, to remove any dust particles or other materials.
12.3.System start up.
To start up the system it’s necessary to press and hold the icon showing the processes for 3 seconds. There will be sound
alarm for notification that the system is started.
To stop the system За it’s necessary to press and hold the icon showing the processes for 3 seconds. After that the control
unit switched to cleaning and then in stand-by mode.
When starting up the control unit will first verify in what mode the boiler was before switching off. If the mode was different
from stand by, cleaning procedure will be performed and the going into stand-by mode. The other possibility is to go into
stop mode and then ECO . The first mode after stand-by is start.
In this mode first its performed the pre-ignition cleaning which by default is 60 seconds. The smoke extraction fan is working
on maximum capacity to clean the chamber. If necessary the cleaning time and power output can be adjusted in menu
Cleaning.
When the time is over, the device transfers to Fuel Mode. In this mode there is a countdown as well. The screw conveyor
gets active and starts fueling on impulses within the following period – 2 seconds fuels/ 3 seconds rests .
The ignition (switch) is also active now.
In this mode one can regulate the operation time. Regulating it defines what quantity of
pellets is released. Changing it is possible in the Ignition/ Initial Fuel Menu.
When the time is over, the device transfers to Ignition Mode. In this mode the ignition
switch is still active, the screw conveyor can be set in time for fuel and rest, and will keep on
operating.
Setting these parameters can be done in Ignition/ Fuel Screw Conveyor/ Screw Conveyor
Menu.
This mode is a transitory one, to transfer to the next mode the exahust gas sensor needs to detect an increase in the
temperature above the one, which has been preset, in the Ignition/ Temperature On Menu!
The increase must last at least 10 seconds and be with at least 6 degg more than the temperature at which the Control Unit
has entered the Ignition Mode!
If this requirement has not been met and the preset time is over, the device would make a second attempt to fuel; its time
has been preset in the Ignition/ Second Fuel Menu.
If the requirement is met, the device will transfer to Set Fire Mode.
In this mode, the idea is to set the pellets on fire and get stable flame.
The settings of this mode can be found in the Set Fire Menu. When the time of the
Set Fire Mode is over, the device will transfer to the Modulation Mode.
