Insert the SFPs/QSFPs/cables into the APT adapter(s).

When the APT adapter is inserted into the chassis, the chassis is switched to analog
passthrough mode. When the analog passthrough adapter is removed from the chassis,
the chassis is switched to digital retime mode.
