Workflow settings

You can customize the expiration time for work orders

as well as workflow terminology, depending what your

company uses.

1. From the Tray menu, select

Workflow Settings

at the bottom. (Workflow Manager needs to be

running to see this).

2. From the Workflow Settings screen, select the

setting you want to edit and adjust as necessary.

Work order notifications

When work orders are added from StrataSync, the Mobile

Tech app, or via USB, you'll see a notification in the Tray

menu with the details.
