6.4.6 Test UUT Modulation Level and Distortion

The following procedure describes how to test UUT Modulation and Distortion.

Navigate to the AF Function Generator Quick Access Controls.

Enable AF Generator 1.

Key the UUT and hold.

Review the FM Deviation meter reading.

Review the Distortion meter reading along with overall settings.

Unkey the UUT.

6.5 FM Receiver Performance Tests

This test is used to evaluate the following performance characteristics of an FM Receiver:

•

Audio Level
