• Six channels of digital audio; four channels of analog
• Decodes stereo MPEG layer 1, 2 & 3 (MP3) audio. MPEG audio layers 1 and 2
at 32kHz, 44.1kHz and 48kHz
• Audio sampling rates: 32kHz, 44.1kHz, 48kHz.
• Decoding of stereo or 5.1 Dolby* Digital audio downmixed to stereo; decoding
of stereo or six-channel AAC (both anticipated for future release).
• Supports SMPTE 337M AES/EBU compressed bitstream audio output.
• Audio embedded in the SDI stream (future release).
• LED status panel indicates board power-up status, SCSI bus activity, playback
activity.
• Frame-accurate start/stop and frame advance (for advancing 1.

• Genlock input accepts standard black burst.
• Fade in/fade out: Audio fade ranges from 20ms to 340ms.
• Internal A/B switch allows video and audio switching of two decode channels
into a single A/V output channel

audio fade to and from mute (future release).
