Memcheck: the ‘impossible’ happened:
get_error_name: unexpected type

- Install headers needed to compile new skins.

- Remove leading spaces and colon in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH / LD_PRELOAD

passed to non-traced children.

- Fix file descriptor leak in valgrind-listener.

- Fix longstanding bug in which the allocation point of a

block resized by realloc was not correctly set.

This may

have caused confusing error messages.
