including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, with regard to the software, the accompanying written materials,
and any accompanying hardware. This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific
legal rights. These rights may vary in certain states/jurisdictions.
No liability for consequential damages.

applicable law, in no event shall Utah Scientific or its suppliers be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use Utah Scientific products, even if Utah
Scientific has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or
incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply in those circumstances.
