To move an extension to the group, select it in the windows on the left and move it to the windows on the right
using the arrow key. To remove it from the group, select it in the windows on the right and move it to the windows
on the left using the arrow key, under the same window.
To move (or remove) all the extensions with a single action, use the double arrow.
Confirm the configuration by saving.
12.7 SOFTWARE UPDATE
The iPerTAlk software can be updated through the myTalk Web interface, by accessing it with
Installer
or
Administrator
credentials.
WARNING:
a system backup is recommended before updating the software. Make sure the system is in stand-by
mode before starting the software update.
The software can be updated in three ways:
CLOUD:
if iPerTAlk system is connected to the Internet and can reach the Urmet cloud, when a new firmware
is released, it will be available in this section with the possibility to select the “Update” key to proceed with the
activity.
USB:
it is possible to update the system using an external USB storage device, which must contain the local
update package found through the Urmet website or through technical assistance.
To perform the update, proceed as follows:
1. Format a USB storage device using File System of FAT32 type.
2. Create a folder named “ipertalk” in the USB storage device.
