Steps for flow calibration are as follows:

Measurement
Toggle the LOCK switch on the rear panel to OFF
position to enable calibration.
Remove software LOCK to enable calibration.
Select the unit for feed calculation
Select decimal place (same setting is used for flow).
Specify moisture ratio for the material to be carried. Total
calculation uses water-excluded data
Specify weighing section length in millimeter.
Set [Speed Entry Select] parameter
Enter weight density of test chain
Select a data type to be used for error measurement
Set ending condition for the data selected in “Error Meas
Select”.
Belt Length: specify belt length (m/mm)
Speed Input Count:
Total pulse count to end measurement
(or rotations of rotary encoder)
Carry out [Zero Error Measure] procedure
Carry out [Zero Error Set] procedure
Carry out [Span Error Measure] procedure
Carry out [Span Error Set] procedure
Verify calibration by checking measurement results in test
mode
Disable calibration to protect data from inadvertent data
modification
Toggle the LOCK switch on the rear panel to ON position,
inhibiting data modification.
