Reassemble the sensor unit
When screwing in the Tensiometer shaft into the thread of the
sensor head it is very important to monitor the pressure in the
refilling window in tensioVIEW
®
.
The pressure sensor diaphragm is inside the small hole (ca.
2
mm) on the pressure sensor unit. It is very sensitive and must
never be touched! It can be destroyed even by slightest contact (e.
g. with a needle).
No contamination should get on sealing and gasket.
1. Securely hold the vacuum
syringe. Bear in mind there is still a
vacuum inside. Press in the
spacers and slowly release the
piston.
2. To remove the last remaining
bubbles draw up the syringe once
more and release it slowly.
Take off the syringe and remove
the bubble inside.

3. Connect the syringe tube and
evacuate the sensor unit for the
last time. Carefully tap on the
sensor unit to loosen all bubbles.
Make sure no bubbles remain
inside the threads.
Now pour out the water and
remove the refilling adapter from
the sensor unit.
Leave some water on the top of
the sensor head (important when
the Tensiometer shafts are
inserted).
4. Take off the syringes from the
Tensiometer shafts.
