Power Supply Unit Parts Replacement
The service life of respective parts (estimated) is indicated below. To ensure safe operation,
avoid using parts beyond their expected service life. Doing so may prevent obtaining the
maximum performance.
To obtain ensure the pump and power supply unit operate safely and perform as designed,
have parts that exceed their expected service life be replaced by a ULVAC service representative
or an ULVAC authorized service provider.
