MAIN SwITCh
It is used to start and stop the en-
gine.
"OFF" position
Initial position. The ignition key
can be inserted and removed
in this position. If this switch is
turned to this "OFF" position dur-
ing driving, the engine stops and
the key can be removed from the
switch.

Main switch
When the main switch is left in the
"ON" position, the engine is auto-
matically preheated as necessary.
It is recommended to start the en-
gine after the preheating opera-
tion is completed and the preheat
indicator goes off. The preheat-
ing time is automatically set based
on the ambient temperature and
coolant temperature.

NOTE
hAzARD FlAShER
Press the hazard flasher switch
in emergency to warn other vehi-
cles in order to prevent an accident.
The hazard flasher is operated re-
gardless of the position of the main
switch. Also, the turn signal lamp
function is disabled while the hazard
flasher is activated.
Position A - OFF
Position B - The hazard flasher
is activated and the
trn signal indicators
on the instrument
cluster blink as well.

"ON" position
Engine running position. The
electric circuit is activated.
"START" position
Engine starting position. When
releasing the key, the switch is
returned to the "ON" position.
