Ink loading: Collection of shipping ink (2)/Movement of Shipping Ink to Buffer

Pressure Release Valve is closed, tight seal is created between Printhead and Cap, Suction Valve is
released, and the negative pressure in Buffer is released to allow shipping ink to flow from Printhead
Nozzles to Buffer via Cap.
