Glossary

SeaKing Profiling Sonar

SeaHub

An alternative to using a Seanet SCU, this device connects

to a laptop or PC via USB interface, essentially this takes

the signal from the sonar (in RS232, RS485 or ARCNET)

and converts it into a signal suitable for the USB port of the

computer.

SeaKing

A specific sonar produced by

Tritech International Ltd

but

also refers to the family of sonar equipment manufactured

Tritech International Ltd

comprising of the SeaKing,

SeaKing DST scanning and profiling sonars and the

Hammerhead survey sonar.

Seanet Pro

The software supplied by

Tritech International Ltd

which is

capable of running all the sonar devices.

Seanet RemV4

A program developed by

Tritech International Ltd

that

runs alongside Seanet Pro and provides remote survey
