9-4. Creating the Specific Term Report

The following describes the procedure to create a daily report using the daily report data file.

Start the Software.

Double-click the “Monthly report creation For SM” icon on the desktop or choose “Monthly report creation For 
SM” from the Start menu.

After the Software has started, confirm the setting items on the window, and then click [Specific 
term report creation].

The display of the window varies depending on whether the power distribution function is used or not.

The [Specific term report creation] window opens.

Specify the start date and end date within the specific term range. Highlighted buttons can be specified for a 
valid range.
The background color of the specified dates changes to dark gray.
Then click [OK].

Or determine the range with the [This month] or [Last month] button, and the buttons in the “Year close setting” 
field. 
These buttons do not appear depending on the report creation term or the settings in the Smart Manager.
